Zonal Head - MSME Segment - BFS (10-20 yrs)
- Handling and owning the Medium Enterprises Group Business for Western Geography
- Driving the business (both sales as well as credit functions) through regional teams (SME Centres) and a team of credit analysts headed by regional credit heads
- Direct and indirect reportees include entire sales/relationship team of the geography. Reporting of regional teams (SME Centres) and Segmental Sales Heads.
- Responsible for team building/management, new business acquisition, overall relationship management, management of portfolio quality, risk management and entire ownership of driving SME business and building portfolio in the geography.
- Monitoring health of existing portfolio to minimise the revenue slippage.
- Implementing appropriate and innovative business strategies with a view to penetrate new business segments and also to expand existing ones, for consistent asset growth and market share.
