Zonal Head - Mortgages | Locations - Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Jaipur, Hyderabad
Key Result Area:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies & customer acquisition initiatives in the assigned region, aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance & mentorship to achieve individual and collective goals. Set and monitor KPIs & ensuring targets are met or exceeded consistently
- Identify opportunities to expand the business footprint in the region, including new customer segments and geographic areas and improve efficiencies
- Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory authorities
Job Requirements:
- Masters'/ Bachelors' degree in business or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on mortgage lending and building businesses from scratch
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive informed decision-making
