Zonal Head - Loan Against Property & Business Loan - NBFC - West

Zonal Head West -LAP & BL - NBFC Company - Mumbai

- Prime responsibility is to set up LAP and Business Loan division in the Assigned Region.

- To set up the DSA Network for the LAP & BL division for the procurement of Business.

- To do the regular Field Visits, meet the customers, and complete the Personal Discussion with the customer wherever required.

- To ensure that TAT is maintained and the Sales Process Flow is strictly adhered.

- To keep an effective flow of communication with other functions like CPA, Operations, Credit and Collections.

- To support the new initiatives to promote the Business.

- Organise Lead Generation Activities in the region.

- Maintain the overall MIS for the region.
