Seeking for Suitable Candidature for Zonal Head, Institutional Sales for leading NBFC in Bangalore. CTC up tp 20 Lac.

Job Description:

Accountability

Supporting Actions

To build strategies for new client acquisition and expansion

- To steer regional business growth, devise client acquisition strategies & optimally allocate product targets

- To design & implement incentive & retention schemes for pan India Institution team

- To provide inputs during planning and budgeting exercise for other areas of support required like technology, marketing, HR, etc

- To contribute significantly towards building and promoting the brand amongst industry circles

- To initiate cross selling/ up selling initiatives for generating additional revenues

To spearhead business development and market activities for Institutional segment

- To map high potential Institutional clients & build relationships with them to maintain the pipeline funnel

- To track large deals across the industry and ensure presence before the funds house/ other manufacturers get directly involved

- To engage across hierarchies at the Institutional client and interact top down to ensure highest productivity for the team

- To make detailed presentations to the Institutional clients highlighting the differentiated value proposition offered

- To support the retail teams by arranging worksites in the premises of Institutional clients

To conceptualize and manage value added service offerings to clients

- To organize meetings with various AMC fund Managers and various clients as a part of value added offerings

- To arrange Senior management meetings with top clients for developing stronger relationships

- To review the client portfolio actively, advise for realignment if required and provide them necessary research reports or tailor made reports on demand

To undertake negotiations with product manufacturers to provide best offerings to the Institutional clients

- To engage and negotiate with product manufacturers in liaison with the internal product teams to provide customized schemes/ rates for Institutional clients

- To extract support from these manufacturers in sponsoring corporate treasury meets and similar events

To achieve targeted profitability & fee income and provide periodic MIS

- To achieve the budgeted targets for respective products & analyze performance periodically

- To analyze sales volumes, product, area and team performance and share performance highlights with the management To ensure effective risk management & policy adherence

- To help the risk & review team by ensuring process adherence like documentation, KYC & client profiling

- To ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances, internal audits & critical policies set by HO To ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources

- To mentor and develop a dedicated sales team with specialized skill-sets mapped to customers requirements

- To provide internal & external training to sales team in conjunction with research & products teams to keep them fully updated

- To undertake self development initiatives to enhance skill sets
