Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for overall manpower management for Eastern Geography across 14 States and 1 Union Territory.
- Accountable for end-to-end HR service delivery spanning talent acquisition, resource allocation, employee engagement, attrition management, training & development, people queries and counseling, workplace welfare, labour laws and statutory compliance, etc.
- Managing the entire employee relations within the Region.
- Facilitating and implementing HR processes like performance management and initiatives such as employee surveys.
- Maintaining key relationships with the Business Heads.
- Supervising the HR and Learning & Development Team.
- Would be managing the team of Regional hr manager.
