- Strategising, Budgeting and executing the business plan for these geographies.
- Develop, manage and maintain good and synergetic relationships with the Trade bodies, Industry bodies and Regulatory bodies and to position IndusInd Bank as a preferred Banking Partner and to create opportunities for the team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate customer engagement and meet the service delivery standards.
- Ensure that my business segment adheres and follows the compliance process with zero tolerance on any deviation.
- Providing timely feedback to product and service team to ensure that bank maintains competitive advantage in the market and develop products, services and business strategies specific to these geographies and their markets.
- Mentoring the leadership team through continuous engagement.
- Assessing, developing and imparting learning and development activities to the team and giving timely performance feedbacks.
- De-risking the portfolio against attrition and achieve stability of book
- Profiling the customer base in terms of business profile, demographics, assets-in-bank and with competition
