- Manage a team of sales, operations, account management and marketing professionals etc.
- Build, grow & manage different sales channels: FOS (Direct selling)
- Ability to take ownership of the regional P&L (Grow revenues from that region)
- Build the different sales channels for each product from scratch.
- Take direct report from Sales, Marketing and Operations head at city levels.
- Zonal heads should track and report key performance metrics of their teams comprehensive weekly reports of team performance (no. of signups, subscriptions, loan amount approved, loan disbursements etc).
- Forecast staffing needs, oversee all hiring stages and help grow teams across different geographies.
- Report comprehensive P&L to the central team on fortnight / monthly basis.
- Create, plan and implement strategies for lead generation.
- Conduct & derive insights from market research, Develop segmentation strategy and Establish new sales channels in SME/MSME segment.
- Identify and establish new distribution channels (Trade associations, societies, clubs, influencer groups, Resellers, channel partners etc.)
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in B2B Sales.
- Hand on experience in Lending/Business Loans (Mandatory)
- Experience in hiring, managing and scaling teams of sales, operations, marketing, account management etc.
- Should have good connect in the SME/MSME segment.
- Ability to understand the market and drive results for their region.
- Handle target oriented objectives.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and handling team across different functions.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be data-driven.
