Job Description :
This position's primary job will be Business Development in South India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research
- Partner Profiling
- Preparation of a Pitch Document
- Identification of potential Strategic Alliances (Banks, Small Finance Banks, payment Banks, NBFCs, Digital partners, Corporate Agents, Brokers, Microfinance Institutions etc.)
- Analyzing the potential of the partner and devising a structured approach towards converting the same to a closure
- Presentations to Prospective Partners
- Creation of differentiated propositions
- Lead tracking
- Creation of Business Case
- Handholding on-boarding of a Partner within the system
Candidate Profile :
- At least 5 years of experience in the Indian BFSI in a similar role
- Proven track record of prospecting and business development
- Personnel from Consulting preferred
- Excellent knowledge of competition and industry
- Excellent presentation skills
