We are looking for Zonal Head Branch Banking for one of the leading banks for the locations of Pune/Nagpur/Indore/Ahmedabad. The person will be responsible for - Managing the liabilities book size of the Bank and generation/conversion of leads for assets products - Execute and monitor overall administration and efficient daily operations of full service branches - Preparation and Implementation of Sales Plan for the Branch Team, Sales Team, - Managing branch network of high performing branches to garner CASA values and revenue. - Strict adherence to audit and compliance standards as per the Banks policies and practices. Ensuring that only quality business is sourced by the branches. - Coordinate with the product teams in developing customized products and promos for ramping up business from potential business segments. - Manage day to day business from all inbound and outbound channels, various databases and with branch banking teams for ensuring seamless operations.
