Job Description :
- Team Mentoring : Ensuring that the team is well equipped with Technical Knowledge.
- Do business planning with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the planning. Driving your team to achieve monthly targets.
- Achievement of Targets : To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Partners / CIA / POSP, Partner activation & Product Sales are met on a month on-month basis.
- Team Review : Motivate team to follow Sales process & review it on regular interval.
- Relationship Handling : Maintaining healthy relationships with third party including AMC, Insurance companies, etc.
- Branch Compliance : Ensuring that the branch compliances are followed in co-ordination with the Head office.
- Team handling role
Area to handle : Karnataka, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Kerala
Experience : Min 20 Years
Preferred : Candidate who has an experience of developing Distribution channel
