Position: Zonal Head/AVP - Collections(Unsecured Loan) Location: Gurgaon Company: Fintech Job Responsibilities: - Be the owner of Collections and drive Collections of the area of coverage and be the one point contact for collections. - Manage delinquency related parameters and ensure they are within triggers. Develop templates to track the key indicators of the collection unit across buckets both on productivity and efficiency indicators. - Identification, empanelling, training and retention of the desired agencies in operations. Managing In house collection Team &amp; Collection Agencies, Maintaining collection MIS, Control several agencies including Collection Agency / Empanelled Advocates and Valuation Agency when we start doing secured loans also. - Ensure that all the processes are documented and followed. Map the risks in each of the processes so that they can be checked periodically for adherence. - Ensure that a detailed collections manual is maintained and team is educated and trained on it.
