- To maximize market opportunities and to develop and execute retail distribution plan, Key accounts management & exclusives to achieve revenue, profitability, and inventory and brand equity targets.
- To gather, analyze and distill data on consumers, competitors and brands into intelligence that informs sales planning process.
- To analyze sell-through and inventory data to increase forecast accuracy.
- To track monthly performance (first quality sell through, inventory mix and level, retail presentation, store profitability and productivity) against plan and proactively identify solutions to close performance gaps, if any.
- To provide guidance on the development and execution of training programs to enhance in-store sales personnels competency in product knowledge, VM display, customer service and selling skills and data accuracy reporting.
- To execute the retail operations GTM process to achieve the required level of efficiency and quality customer service.
- To coach and manage the performance of the ASMs/TSMs/Managers in the retail management of the region.
- To coordinate with ASMs/TSMs for collections
