Job Description :
- Setting individual goals and expectations to the team members
- Motivating, training, coaching and guiding the team for achieving and exceeding performance benchmarks
- Ensuring timely recruitment of man power and conducting induction training
- Managing performance management of the team
- Partnering with the zonal head for organic channel by building an effective learning capacity in the zone in organic channel
- Planning and executing the learning and development strategy of the channel
- Managing leadership development at BH, BDP, RH and RDP levels in the zone
- Managing roll out and coverage of sales processes to all the development managers and advisors
- Ensuring the adherence of channel philosophy
- Analysis and reporting to skill building & interventions
- Supporting the zonal head for achieving the quantity by ensuring quality
