Role: Zonal Debt Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for profitability from the portfolio by managing the losses and NPA's up to the desired level.

- Responsible for managing the service cost of the portfolio.

- Extensive travelling - for Customer visits, team reviews and meeting with seniors, team members, critical customers and vendors etc.

- Manage and develop team through mentoring, setting challenging goals, and holding accountability to meet organization objectives.

- Identify and execute process improvements to improve collection of receivables and internal controls including development of formal written policies and procedures while ensuring compliance.

Person Requirement:

- Graduate / Post Graduate with 10-15 years of experience

- Having sufficient exposure of Debt Services in any NBFC/Bank/FI in retail products (preferably in Agri products)
