Zonal Credit Head- Construction Project Finance Lead the credit function for construction reality funding in the Zone. Oversee the process, policy risk and credit exposure of the bank catering to project construction finance of large developers in Zone. Need to track the policies/ongoing projects sector wise/land deals/infra progress in the realty market. Strong experience in financial modeling for the Real Estate sector. Work closely with the product team at the central level for improving the product profile. The role will involve - Managing a team of area credit managers and credit processing teams. - Eventually responsible for credit quality and turnaround time of credit team. - Monitoring portfolio performance and addressing early stage delinquency - Impart periodic training to the team members to update on products, process, and policies. - Responsible for KYC compliance for loans sourced - Chartered accountant/MBA - Strong financial Analysis Skills
