Roles and Responsibilities

KEY ROLES

Portfolio Monitoring:

- Analyzing portfolio performance through Loss Metrics, Bounce Vintage Charts, Industry Analysis, Hind sighting.

Credit Underwriting:

- Served as a part of team preparing automated banking underwriting model.

- Enhancing efficiency & effectiveness of credit appraisal process through streamlining of workflow and automation of key parts of the process.

- Supervising approval of projects and sanctioning credits after appraising solvency status & verifying documents; assessing risks in the business process and identifying adequate action/control for mitigation through risk assessment process.

Training & Development:

- Imparted training to credit team members on policies & process.

- Leading & monitoring performance of underwriters for maintaining excellence in service operations.

- Creating and fostering a healthy environment which facilitates high performance of team members and accomplishments of organizational goals.

Strategic Planning:

- Developed & executed policies for automated small ticket size business loan

Customer Relationship Management:

- Initiating and sustaining efforts for improving customer satisfaction scores through regular relationship calls & providing regular update on change/new policies to employees.

- Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience.

Business Analysis:

- Involved in analyzing competitive position and prevalent industry trend; conducting SWOT analysis of business entity.

- Investigating all available sources of credit & financial information; analyzing financial statements & related material.
