Position : Zonal Credit Head - South

Location : Chennai (South)

Qualification : CA / MBA

Experience : 7 - 9 years from a reputed NBFC / BFSI

The incumbent needs to enable a clear focus on the credit function servicing CV, LMV-NT,LMV-TR

Key Responsibilities / Functions :

- Lead and manage a team of Branch Credit Managers, Regional Credit hub team, credit officers and credit intelligence team

- Establishment of policies and procedures for operational & functional control across the company network and ensure staff orientation and sound implementation

- Hold responsibility for implementation of high standards of internal control and procedures in order to safeguard the institutions operations assets and data.

- Define a risk-based approach to identifying, monitoring, measuring and reporting various types of Credit/operational and market risks and liaise with the related

- Regular Credit Risk Portfolio Monitoring and Collateral Management/Monitoring for checking and controlling on Frauds/Delinquencies

- Responsible for publishing Branch/Region credit quality scores and red-alert reports to the senior management team based on the inputs from the credit intelligence team

- He is also responsible for delivering high quality sampling feed-back through the credit intelligence team within the agreed TAT

- Due Diligence and credit risk assessment of the segment proposal

- Ensuring that the necessary back office IT, administrative and control systems are in place
