Zonal Credit Head - Commercial Vehicle/Commercial Equipment - NBFC - West

Company : A leading NBFC of a Top Business Conglomerate

Position : Zonal Credit Head - West

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : MBA / Other Post Graduation

Experience : 7 - 9 years relevant experience in an organization of repute.

Experience in NBFC/BFSI will be an added advantage

The incumbents primary business activity is into the credit / operational function for LCV / HCV / CE financing across the region.

Responsibilities:

- Establish a system for sourcing of business that fits into the credit lending philosophy of the company.

- Establishment of policies and procedures for operational & functional control across the company network and ensure staff orientation and sound implementation

- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Commercial Vehicle Business across Region.

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified.

- Regular Credit Risk Portfolio Monitoring and Collateral Management/Monitoring for checking and controlling on Frauds/Delinquencies

- Strong Credit & structuring experience. Structuring deals with Institutions / Dealers

- To keep abreast of all the developments taking place in the CV Finance sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner.

- Capable of driving sales initiatives independently

Requirements:

- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products.

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner .
