About the company : We are one of the largest Financial Services conglomerate offering a range of products and services from Retail Lending, Equities and Derivatives trading, Equity Research, Commodities Trading, Portfolio Management Services, Distribution of Mutual Funds, IPO &amp; Insurance products, Investment Banking Services, etc. Position: Zonal Collections Manager (Product: Recoveries for Unsecured Business Loan) &nbsp;Location - Bangalore or Chennai or Hyderabad Purpose of Job: - Drive collections for assigned Zone for unsecured loan portfolio - Build, train, guide &amp; manage team members - Manage legal cases (Litigations) Case filed U/s -138, Arbitration proceedings, Criminal matters, etc.) - Process compliance, MIS Responsibility : 1. Collections : - Manage delinquent portfolio from bucket one to NPA, legal, skip tracing, net working - Manage delinquency related parameters and ensure that they are within triggers 2. Agency Management &amp; Performance Management : - Identification, empanelling, training and retention of the desired agencies - Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved - Act as a constant source of feedback to product and policy teams to aid in amending policies/products time to time to suit the market risk 3. Governance &amp; Compliance : - Implement processes as per policy - Educate and train the team members on the policy requirement - Ensure and check that collection policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level - Ensure that the Zone managed by you is always Audit Ready and Complaint with internal and external policies and regulations in the area of management
