Zonal Collection Manager - Digital Loans

JOB PURPOSE:

Strategies, Implement & oversee collection strategy for PL equipment finance:

- Define and lead implementation of collection strategy for PL

- Drive business in a manner to maintain operational, process and regulatory compliance and also ensure quality is maintained

- Periodically review portfolio health and devise action plans for minimization of divisional NPAs

- Reviewing and allocations of targets for the division

- Monitoring of divisional collection performance in Branches

- Effective monitoring and review of the Collections Zone Team

- Ensure high levels of service quality is maintained in the zone; provide solutions in case of customer query escalations. Resolution of escalated cases of non-payment of dues

- Continuous monitoring the delinquency of the division, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters

- Authorization for initiation of legal proceedings, repossession as per defined policy

- Review of account allocations and collections targets

- Track Regular follow up with them default customer through Agencies

- Contribute towards designing an effective R&R strategy for the collection channel in collaboration the NCM & the Product team

Experience : 12 - 13 + years of experience in collection in personal loan / digital lending
