Zonal Collection Head - FinTech

- Responsible for the Collection portfolio for the entire Zone.

- Achieve collection targets of the Respective Zone and Product assigned.

- Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for entire collection structure in letter and sprits.

- Ensure that the collection managers and In-house collectors adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.

- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

- Continuously monitoring collection managers and In-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.

- Maintain NPA ratios as per business requirements and reduce loss.

- Must have worked with multiple collection agencies

- Team lead role managing 6-8 AM level guys

- Total pool around 50K cases
