Zonal Collection Head

Responsibilities :

- Managing all the branches of Mumbai & ROM.

- Knowledge of SARFAESI ACT

- Keeping delinquencies in control and regular tracking of all Bkt Resolutions.

- Handling team of two state head (One Mumbai & One ROM) along with collection officer under them.

- Doing regular visits to locations and problematic accounts.

- Coordination with other departments like Sales,Credit,Legal,IT & operation.

- Help in selling repossessed stock of all the locations .

- Coordination with vendors/property dealers for sale of property.

- Execution of all legal orders.

- Resolving all NPA cases of zone.

- Regular hiring of collection officers in locations a per the approved ACR.
