- The role is responsible to grow the existing channel partnerships and establish new retail channel sales.
- This would call for appointing and running a healthy network of franchisees in market to achieve desired sales numbers.
- The position is also responsible for training and developmental needs of the channel workforce and the franchisees in the respective zone.
- Develop new and taking care of existing channel partners and managing team of existing selling associations for improved performance
- Manage & drive multi-city sales team within the zone, target planning, distribution & tracking
- Monitor And Report on marketing activities and provide relevant management information aligned with the centralized marketing team
- Take feedback on customer requirement with respect to new products and services
