Job Title: Zonal Business Manager (North & West)
Role reporting to: NSM
Job Location: New Delhi & Mumbai
Job Description –
- Accountable for achieving the required direct distribution plan, desired availability & visibility and meet the monthly targets by territory in the zone
- To ensure “Excellence in Execution”
- Driving sales team, motivate & guiding them in the field & in meetings
- To build strong team & retain them
- To be the custodian of the company strategies
- To build relationship with Modern trade, retail chains & consumer distributors
- To bring competition among the team members to improve benchmark
- Should regularly interact with HO Sales & marketing team to give market feedback
Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate with 8-10 years of selling experience (2-4 years of 2nd line) handling states in hard core OTC / FMCG companies
- Excellent geographical & market knowledge
- Should have very good communication, interpersonal & man management skills
- Should be strong in analytical skills (Excel & PPT knowledge)
- Should have successful experience in launching new products / brands in the market
