- Business Head for Automotive Refinish BU for North and West Zone

- Manage large scale business and a large team

- Our Client is a global company, headquartered in Finland. They are pioneer specialist in flexible abrasives and products that allow for true dust-free surface finishing. Additionally, they have expanded over decades into coatings production processes and power tools for sanding and polishing.

- The company was founded in 1943 and in India they set up a subsidiary in 2010. The company has presence in Europe, North and South America and Asia. More than 90% of their products are exported and sold in more than 80 countries.

Description :

Reporting will be to the MD of the company :

- Sales Management & Operational Responsibility - Sector/Division

- Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the overall targets.

- Organise and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity of the team.

- Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and submit reports time to time.

- Responsible for achieving Sales, Margin, Fixed cost Targets

- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Regular update of CRM and enhance customer delight.

- Team Leadership & Sales Performance - Achieves Sales targets

- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and coach them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Developing business strategies and setting aggressive targets

- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

- Compiling and analysing sales figures & provide inputs to the team.

- Dealer Management & key account management.

- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers

- Assess overall company performance against objectives monthly.

- Servicing the needs of the existing customers

- Focus on Dealer & customer expansion with Technical knowhow & Value selling.

- Collaboration with other functions to achieve Co. overall targets.

Profile :

- The person to fit the role will need to be a MBA from a good college, with a mandatory prior experience in channel management and industrial/automotive OEM sales.

- It's a strategic role and will need an organised person with a clear thought process and hands on experience. He needs to align himself & team with overall direction of the organisation with a very open mind & with an aggressive approach.

- The person will need to have strong management skills in terms of sales supervision and technical know-how.
