Zonal Business Head - West, Retail

Role : To lead and drive the Retail business for Western Zone and achieve the top and bottom-line targets as per the plan for the financial year.

Reporting Structure :

- Position reports to : Regional Manager - West

- Positions reporting in : Channel Heads the in Zone

Job Description :

- Drawing up long term and short term business plans for their respective Zonal Business

- Developing Strategy to ensure business targets are delivered

- Driving Sales : Ensuring Primary, Secondary and Tertiary targets are met

- To drive business as per the planned strategy of the year eg. Weighted distribution, numeric distribution, coverage of market etc.

- To review monthly, quarterly and annual profit and loss statement of zone and take corrective actions if needed

- Driving improvement in Numeric and Weighted Distribution

- Identifying and correcting the gaps and ensuring coverage and expansion as per FK plan.

- Ensuring improvement in FOS productivity using various tools of Sales Automation

- Working out schemes for the Trade Partners, evaluating their ROI

- Working out incentives for the sales team to drive business

- Ensuring a strong network with industry insight

- Developing leadership within the team

- Ensuring the health of business collections, working capital turns
