Opening for a leading client into Payment industry
Designation : Zonal Business Head - (West)
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 15+ Years
Role : Zonal Business Head is overall responsible for P&L, Top Line, Distribution POS, Focus more on VAS, wallet, Retail alliance, marketing and Recruitment right resource for right positions
P&L Ownership :
- He would be the whole-sole custodian for the P&L for his Zone
- Managing sales overhead budget
- Optimal utilization of Trade Budget
- Risk and Fraud Management
- Creating and executing a strategic road map to expand POS & loyalty program for the zone
- Acquiring New Business from Modern Retail and Large Format Retail Clients for Payment Acceptance & Loyalty Automation systems
Relationship Management :
- He has to have high level of engagement with all the major external stake holders like Key Accounts, Bank Managers, Institutions, Top Merchant in his zone
- He has to have high level of coordination with all our internal customers like HR, Sale Support, Distribution Operations and Marketing
- He has to have review of the market with all the top distributors at least once in a Six Months
- Customer engagement Program with all the top stake holders in once in a Quarter
Administrative :
- All the enrolled forms comes from State Office has to be re-verified and checked by Zonal Team before sends it to HO .
- Monitoring
- Distributor ROI
- Forecasting CAPEX investment
- Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reports are reviewed and take corrective action ASAP
- Design zonal promotions for the local market for the proper penetration
Top Line :
- He has to ensure top line achievement of all the Portfolio on monthly basis
- He has to also ensure all his Circle/ Area office are meeting their targets for all the Portfolios of company
- Channel Budgeting
Training and Development :
- He has to identify and suggest the required training to his team members
- Putting right resource at right job to get maximum output from them
- Incentive and Reward for the top performer of the zone / state
Business Initiatives :
- Piloting DSD model in North and replicate the same in others market
- Working closely with Trade Marketing / Marketing to enhance transactions and VAS in the identified locations
- Suggesting Portfolio wise inputs to Marketing
- Managing the entire Brand/ Merchant alliances for the zone
- New Product Launching
