Zonal Business Head - Microfinance Operations

Scouting for Zonal Business Head (GM Operations) - North East (Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya) for a leading Microfinance Institution.

This position will be based out of Guwahati.

Must have 8 - 10 years experience in JLG Microfinance operations and in his/her present role must be managing a large customer base, loan portfolio & territory.

This position reports to the National Business Head and in turn will be supported by 3 Regional / Cluster Heads (Assam, Tripura & Meghalaya).

Preference will be given to candidates who are native of North East or have extensive experience in the North East at field level and a good understanding of local dynamics.

Major responsibilities include managing the P&L for entire zone, leading the Support functions administratively, People management, Crisis management, contacts with Govt and RBI bodies.

Designation will be GM and compensation will be 16 to 18 Lacs per annum fixed.
