Our client is a fast-growing Housing finance company based out of North India.

We have been mandated to recruit for a " Zonal Business Head- South India" position based at Hyderabad.

Job Role:

1. The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in handling Affordable housing/ Micro LAP financing business.

2. Should have handled 3 states of Southern India business (AP & TS is market exposure is mandatory).

3. Should have excellent people management and vendor management skills.

4. Should have good network with connectors and DSAs in the captioned market.

5. Have proven track record of driving top line and bottom line.

6. Maintain portfolio quality

Qualification: Any degree

Compensation: Excellent Fixed Compensation + ESOPS
