Job Description:
- Responsible to develop and implement effective long term business and marketing and sales strategies designed to meet corporate business objectives in the zone
- Develop and maintain contacts with existing and potential major customers
- Implementation of joint promotions with business partners and suppliers
- Implementation of advertising campaigns to target specific market segments
- Responsible for new business acquisition and current business retention throughout the geography
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Recruit, manage, train, develop, coach team members and give directional strategy to entire team
Skills
Education Level: Minimum: MBA Degree From recognized university Experience in Like Position: Minimum: 7 to 12 years of sales Experience in Car Renting / Automobile/telecom/Fmcg/ in well -known organizations.
