Job Profile
- Managing P & L for the cluster'& meeting Business target set for the cluster. Prepare an annual business plan profit & loss budget. Monitor performances on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis as per reporting requirements. Analyze and understand variances on the budget and propose action plan on unfavourable trends.
- Designing the entire 'Delivery Capability’, Implementing ‘Service Delivery Model’ for providing a complete end to end business solution for the Sales, training & Implementation.
- Data basing & profiling - Funnel creation & regular updation to facilitate the sales team
- Case based regular & Quarterly Review (QBR) with Management on the target & number attainment & future projections.
Business Planning
- Responsible for increasing the penetration (Account Mining, Up-selling & Increasing business scope)
- Relationship Management, maintaining high level of interaction with School decision makers, Directors, Board, Principals &
- Business & Operations Heads.
- Understanding Schools’ goals, objectives & expectations related to delivery model – quality, quantity and deadlines
- Design sales activities, including implementation & managing COMPITITION FOCUS at key locations /accounts and develop new business to maximize gross profit revenue. Dividing the entire cluster into Hub & Scope model to understand their market needs and drive business ground level across tier 1, 2, 3 cities & towns across cluster.
Team Building Managing
- Build & manage team of layered hierarchy from AVP level to an executive level in Sales, Training, Implementation & support.
- Defining, coordinating between HO & departments managing all the systems and processes pertaining to the recruitments & team building, vendor development, Sales Number, MIS, Statutory, Warning& Termination, reward and recognition, reimbursement etc as the highest level in the escalation matrix.
- Implement and monitor activities designed to recruit, train and retain employees needed to fill all available assignments
- Defining KRAs & motivation of the team below (RM, Sr. Manager, Managers, AM, Executives)- Sales, Training &
- Implementation. Guiding them on operations, client escalation handling - Working along with them in case of critical assignments and exceptional situations of delivery and escalations.
- Motivating the team members & help them break down large goals to small delivery objectives and guide them to reach their goals within required timelines.
