ZONAL & BRANCH SALES MANAGER SECURITY PRODUCTS

- Drive the sales process from opportunity identification to successful closure as per the Company's set target path resulting in creation of long-term value for the company.

- Increase client base by establish sales objectives, forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting (forecasting) expected sales volume and product mix for existing and new products.

- The role incumbent is also responsible for business expansion/development from existing clients

- Will be responsible and accountable for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals. Build customer pipeline (potential/prospect, lead and acquired) by prospecting until on-boarding new customers.

- Ensure 100% compliant with company's policies and legal/business regulations in the industry/regions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business development strategy

- Design and implement business development strategy to meet annual revenue goals and increase client base.

2. Converting prospects to closures

- Will be responsible and accountable for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals by capitalizing on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover business opportunities and develop them directly for successful closure.

- Forecast the product demand (market potential) by studying the competitive scenario and getting customer feedback.

- Build customer pipeline (potential/prospect, lead & acquired) by prospecting until on-boarding new customers.

- Being involved in interaction with customers at the highest level, it is expected, the role incumbent will build and maintain a well-controlled and rigorous deal momentum.

3. New markets/logos penetration

- Led efforts to expand the geographical market reach as well into new verticals. 

- Identify and evaluate the execution of growth opportunities both new foot prints & expansions working cross-functionally. 

- Understand and anticipate market evolutions, new business models, and potential breakthrough innovation which may contribute to the execution of the company strategy.

4. Market research & intelligence

- Lead market entry efforts into new Geographies/product or service lines by developing and maintain a rich reserve of market intelligence and competitor knowledge for formulation of go to market strategies.

5. Network & Relationships

- Develop the necessary network of contacts within industry domain to ensure an efficient and qualitative sourcing of business opportunities in the targeted regions. 

- Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customer and other business and project partners.

6. Point of contact

- Represent externally in demarked regions and be the key point of contact for company both externally with potential partners and internally with domain experts as needed.

The Zonal head will have to work in strategic collaboration with and through the leadership of Operations, Business financial controller, Legal, info security, HR and other sales support team both globally and regional.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Business Development IN B2B (6 years for ZONAL SALES HEAD & 4 years for BRANCH SALES MANAGER) driving targets of new foot prints and mining from current customers

2. Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal, written), organizational skills are essential

 

3. Sales planning skills, managing a P&L is required

4. A Strategic thinker and confident presenter

5. Possess excellent commercial understanding and awareness,

6. A good networker and results-driven, self-motivated and self-disciplined.

7. An extremely focused hunter on prime objectives and is creative in approach

8. Ability to develop thick long term bonds with current customers as a farming BD head to promote trust and loyalty.

9. A good negotiator as securing the best deal for your business is an important part of the job.

10. A Self-starter with strong domain knowledge, analytical and problem solving skills
