Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short and long term multi channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline across various products
- Monitoring and Optimizing campaign and programs
- Working closely with Product Marketing to develop customer personas and identifying their buying preferences
- Assisting in content creation to facilitate customer acquisition
- Working closely with content marketers, marketing operations, design and product teams to enhance strategies and build effective programs
- Enabling sales team to reach their targets
- Set and manage marketing budgets and resources thereby ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition
- Build performance reports and dashboards for leaderships
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies in demand generation and performance marketing
- Experience marketing to US, UK, Europe customers or partners
- Experience running PPC, Email marketing, Social media marketing, Paid advertising and outbound marketing campaigns
- Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot CRM
- Deep understanding of demand generation metrics and utilizing online analytics platforms
- Have led, built and scaled high performing demand generation teams before
- Stellar communication skills
- Ambitious, Hunger to grow and be part of an early-stage startup
