Zomentum, founded in 2018 is a fast-growing Software as a Service "SaaS" focusing on the channel partners industry.

What differentiates Zomentum?

There are 400M+ SMBs globally with a technology spend of $600B+. Channel partners bridge the distribution gap between SaaS providers and SMBs, hence playing a critical role in addressing the SMB technology demand. However the Channel sales ecosystem is not built to work for SMB SaaS distribution.

Zomentum is on the mission to reinvent the SaaS distribution system to SMBs.

As part of Phase 1 growth strategy, Zomentum has built a comprehensive and integrated all-in-one sales platform" that streamlines sales, quotation and procurement for Channel partners. About Role

Zomentum is seeking a Technical Writer to help us document and communicate the value we have built to our users through a knowledge base and other channels. We are looking for someone savvy enough to understand the technicalities of our product but write from the point of view of a user. In this role, you'll be reporting to the Product Manager, working closely with support and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality management of Knowledge Base.

Working independently and generating accurate content with optimal guidance from product and engineering teams. Updating outdated/legacy content to align it to the new documentation standards.

Maintain the in-product press releases for new feature launches/enhancements.

Develop a deep understanding of the product features, the value they provide, and their limitations. Assist product marketing and product support teams by answering any questions about the product.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of technical writing experience preferred.

Prior experience in maintaining a knowledge base preferred.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Wants to grow into a product marketing professional.

About Role :

We're looking for a skilled content writer to share our story with the world. We need your help in making Zomentum a well-known brand across the globe. You will craft valuable content that will wow our prospects and educate our customers. Your work will involve writing and managing the production of thought leadership articles, blog posts, eBooks, video scripts demand gen ads, and email content.

Responsibilities:

Develop, research, write and deliver persuasive copy for IT Partners in the form of blogs, whitepapers, industry research, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and videos

Collaborate with design and web development teams to present and launch collateral

Work with fellow marketers to build campaigns that distribute content for maximum awareness and engagement

Lias with external vendors and manage content marketing projects

Optimize all content for SEO to better reach

Measure and improve content programs based upon agreed OKRs

Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

4+ years of content writing/marketing experience, preferably at a SAAS B2B enterprise software company or IT company

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables

Writing samples that demonstrate the ability to develop, write and deliver quality content for enterprise prospects in the form of whitepapers, blogs, and/or emails

Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon

Hands-on experience with Google docs, online publishing tools, and other content management systems - project management in Asana is a plus

Confirmed experience to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time / Strong time management skills, thriving off deadlines

Strong communication skills in a virtual environment and openness to editorial feedback

Skills to understand and match brand value, tone, and language

Editorial mindset with an ability to adopt the audience perspective

Highly proactive, organized, solutions-driven, digitally focused, and a great team player.
