ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Platform growth initiatives: Identify areas of improvement around platform growth , and problem-solving along with analytics and functional teams to identify root cause & solves

- Launch GTM: Partner Landscape Analysis, Market opportunity sizing and landscaping

- Reach out to potential partners having required offerings and negotiate deeper alliances.

- Liaise with internal stakeholder teams to ensure smooth legal, financial, product, compliance & customer experience processes related to the partnership.

- Derive and measure success metrics of the use cases post launch through extensive data analysis, primary research and work on the improvement of the flow with internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain and grow existing relationships with partners and develop strategies to increase revenue.

- Analyze existing user data, do primary and secondary research and identify potential business problems and opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, growth and sales roles in startups. Banking experience preferred.

- MBA is good to have, but not mandatory.

- Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills required. Knowledge of Excel is a must. SQL is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Negotiation, program management & problem-solving skills

- Experience in formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects and deadlines.

- Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- International experience is preferred.
