- Should have good business acumen & should have worked in a business environment - Consulting experience with any of the Big 4 will be an added advantage - Should be able to come up with business strategy & plans - Prepare Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual Business Plans - Work with stake holders & report quarterly performance of the company - To Gauge competition, use predictive analytics to shape the business to the next level - To do Business Analytics using business tools (SLM, SCM, ERP, CRM etc) - Should be able to monitor the performance of different verticals of the Organization on a regular basis - Should be able to do predictive analytics on the probable failure areas, alert the Board and recommend actions for the same - Should be able to do Financial Planning & Budget Controls across verticals & locations - Should have a passion to move into a business role over a period of time. Background : - 1 - 4 years of experience in operations. - Engineering with MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B schools.
