About the Role & Responsibilities The role of the Program Manager would encompass the following: Implement and solve complex problems: Prioritise projects on the basis of impact and effort required. Ideate and come up with different possible solutions to solve for projects. Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible. Design and lead business operations of CEO's Office: Take end-to-end ownership of the small, mid & large projects at CEO's Office Own Products developed by the CEO office: Create and maintain key tech products to help the organization run their processes and manage their data Desired Experience and Background Prior Experience: We are looking for young and energetic team players with 1-2 years of experience in Business Advisory, Consulting, Program Management, Project Management with startups, retail players, Consulting, Large Corporates industries would be preferred. - Strong skills required analytical problem solving, business focus, ability to represent the CEO's Office. Educational Background: Tier 1 Tier 2 Engineering/MBA institutes would be given strong preference with excellent CGPA scores or AIR. Desired Competencies: - Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets - High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus - Good program management skills - Languages: Complete command over English and Hindi is a must
