What will you do in a nutshell?

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our COO Office. Incumbent will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing project execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support the goals and objectives of the Chief Operating Officer's office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of technology and innovation.

Your role in detail:

- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to define the strategic roadmap and prioritize key initiatives within the COO Office.

- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and strategic projects aligned with the COO's objectives.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Operations and other departments, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project goals.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges and providing mitigation strategies.

- Track and report on project progress, status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and senior management.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the COO Office and across project teams.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

- Drive effective stakeholder management, ensuring regular communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in program management and technology innovation.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of program management methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
