Role Review We, at Zolo, are looking for a Senior Architect who will be responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in construction documents.He would also be responsible to work on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development. Role and Responsibilities - Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project - To create Space Design Playbook - Furniture Design for different spaces within the property to make the customer's journey with Zolo as enjoyable & inclusive - Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate - Select in-budget materials and finishes that support the concepts - Ensure quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables - Construction & drafting standards - Meeting pre-defined project delivery timelines. - Creating, documenting and implementing standard systems & processes related to project - Establish project timelines and coordinate work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary - Communicate regularly to Management with project updates such as status of project, potential issues on site. Desired Experience and Background - Experience in architectural design - Strong 4+ years of experience in designing residential projects, retail spaces and commercial spaces. - Minimum qualification required is a full time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. - Expert in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit., Photoshop etc - Should have exp in Working on 3D renderings, construction documents, interior layouts
