Zolo Stays - Manager - Strategy - Finance & Pricing

We are looking for a Manager Strategy with about 2 to 3 years of work experience at strategy / market research & analytics .

1) Strategic Management:

- Decision support to management - providing problem solving on top priority issues

- Work with the business teams to drive key growth initiatives

- Stakeholder management

- Provide strategic inputs to business teams

- Strong project management of various strategic initiatives across the organization

- Business intelligence and market intelligence

- Market Research and Analysis

- Financial Comforts

- GTM Strategy (Go to Market/ work on new projects and business plans

2) Long, Medium and Short Term Planning:

- Work closely with all existing revenue verticals to detail out the potential areas of expansion

- Think of new ideas and approaches to drive revenue for the businesses

- Work on new initiatives for the businesses

- Develop the long term strategy for the businesses and the organization

3) Drive Analytics and Insights:

- Define metrics for measuring the various businesses

- Conduct regular analysis of the various metrics and derive insights for the businesses

- Working with Cross Functional Teams

- Execute projects and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams within the organization

4) Functional Support:

- Provide inputs to various business functions for need based projects

- Cost optimization projects

Job Requirements:

- MBA with 1 to 3+ years of working experience

- Experience of working in strategy teams

- Strong business mindset and analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with the respective business heads

- Ability to articulate thoughts effectively

- Understand and anticipate internal/external customer needs

- Business Modeling/Financial Modeling

- Strong PPT and Excel skills

Location - Bangalore

Completely Work from office

Saturday working (2nd and 4th saturday holiday)
