Sales and Marketing Manager - Zolo - We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager in Kota who has the ability to think customer backwards to plan, strategize and execute all necessary activities for sales and marketing campaigns for Zolo properties in Kota. The manager along with his/her team would be end-to-end responsible for complete revenue generation in the city. Who are we? - Zolostays is a chain of fully managed long stay accommodations. We are present in Bangalore, Pune, Kota, Delhi and Chennai. We are very similar to paying guest accommodations/service apartments/hostels but our accommodations come with all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities and a guarantee of the services. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security etc. The aim is to provide a completely hassle free living experience to students/working professionals etc. What is the role? - Designing and Implementing offline Marketing Campaigns: &nbsp;- Evaluate needs, define and implement key brand promotional projects (e.g. brand building programs for Zolo properties, mailing drives, advertising/promotional campaigns, offline events / kiosks, briefing documents for sales etc.) - Aligning and coordinating with central online marketing team: - Define marketing and promotion needs of the city for digital marketing activities, to be run centrally by digital marketing team. - Lead Generation &amp; Sales Conversion:- Identify the right channels and source various sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails - Sales Training and Monitoring: - Make sure that the property as well as office-based teams are thoroughly trained for customer centricity and sales conversion; monitoring and driving their performance. - Data Analysis: - Measuring efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved. Every initiative should have a forecasting of the customers targeted and a detailed analysis of the actual customers converted How could you qualify for the role? - Prior Sales and Marketing Experience: 2+ years of core experience in offline sales and marketing is a must; experience in real estate, insurance, banking. - Personality:- High Energy, go getter, and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability of results. - People Management Experience: - The person should have a prior experience of dealing with mid-level teams and should be able to monitor, review and report on all Sales and Marketing activities and results. Other Must-haves? - Educational Background:&nbsp; MBAs from top tier college would be preferred - Conveyance:&nbsp; Ability to ride and own a two-wheeler is a must - Basic Computer Skills:&nbsp; MS Office - Languages: English and Hindi is mandatory Remuneration? - Salary would be according to industry standards Location - Kota, Rajasthan CTC: 6-10 Lacs
