Job Description :
- Understands company culture around Company principles and values.
- Demonstrates values and principles as they interact with employees and managers.
- Applies understanding of Company principles and values when consulting with employees and managers
- Performance Plans, Coaching Plans, team meetings, employee development and promotions.
- Understands annual (/ alternate frequency) business strategy and business performance measurements
- Provides data and feedback to business strategy, with focus on execution strategy
- Identify org design needs within a department, partners with business and provides input into organization design discussion, develops communication and change management plans
- Develops and implements communication plans for Org changes.
