Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and creative leader to join us as the Head of Creative and Content. As the nodal point for all communications and creative designs, it will be imperative for this office to bring strategic thinking and marketing/branding experience, thus helping the business grow. About ZoloStays: Zolo is a series B company providing fully managed co-living spaces which are fun, flexible and functional. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai and Kota, and fast expanding to other geographies. Founded by alumni of IIMs, IITs, AIIMS, ISB, we are at a team size of 500+. Zolo elevates the traditional paying guest accommodations/hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities with a promise of high quality and deep technology innovation. In addition to the basics, the biggest value addition of Zolo is a vibrant community at all living spaces so it's far more than a simple BnB. About the Role / Responsibilities: - Lead and own the content and creative vertical to manage all brand communications and design -internal, external and product related. - Work closely with the leadership team to build and consolidate the brand position of Zolo Drive primary &amp; secondary research to capture the essence of stakeholders &amp; create patterns to drive an appropriate communication strategy. - Create appropriate &amp; cost-effective PR and media planning strategy Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. - Work on website optimization, A/B testing tools, heat maps, Google Analytics for optimization &amp; to increase the efficacy Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, SEO friendly content, and social channels (Quora, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, &amp; YouTube). - Evangelize for our customers, develop the information they need, determine when and how best to communicate with them, and how to do so with a trusted voice that makes them feel cared for Desired Experience / Background: - MBA or Equivalent Degree - Preferably in Marketing or Communications - 6+ years experience in Brand Communications/ Marketing Communications including content creation, design, editing, analytics, and social media marketing. - Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality output in a short span of time Location &amp; Location: Bangalore Compensation: As per Market Standard If you find the role interesting please click on the apply button and apply on redirection link also.
