City Head / P&L Head - Delhi, Zolo We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for a City Head for expanding our City operations in Delhi. Our ideal candidate comes with 5-7 years of diverse experience in multiple domains. He/She is expected to understand business in entirety and align Sales, Finance and Operations - all in a single direction. He/She would work very closely with the senior management team at Zolo to accelerate regular as well as transformational initiatives for Zolo's operations in the city. More about us: Zolo is a Nexus funded, post-series A company which provides fully managed co-living spaces. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Kota, Delhi, and Chennai and fast expanding to other geographies. Founded by alumni of IIM, IIT, AIIMS, ISB, we are at a team size of 250+. Our managed living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations/service apartments/hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities and with a promise of high quality. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security etc. The aim is to provide a completely hassle-free living experience to working professionals, students etc. We are now looking to increase our portfolio of products as well as tap into the potential of at least 3 more emerging cities by year end. More about the role responsibilities: 1. Maintaining Complete Operations: - The City head would have to oversee both demand and supply side operations to ensure that annual revenue targets from Mumbai are met. 2. Setting up & Executing Processes : - One of the core responsibilities would be setting up the right processes and ensuring their execution to achieve the targets 3. Team Building & Management: - Considering we have capital, targets and processes, next in line would be people who can run the show for us - expanding the current team, setting the performance metrics and driving efficiency would be another important KPI. 4. Analysis and Reporting: - As an extension of process setting, a lot of focus would be expected on data recording, maintenance and analysis as most of the decisions would be data backed More about the role requirements: 1. Prior Experience: - Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/General Management etc can apply. 2. Prior Consulting/PMO Experience: - Prior Consulting experience (at least 2 years)- preferably in the tier-I/big 4 consulting firms would be strongly preferred 3. Educational Background: Tier I Engineering/MBA institutes would be given strong preference 4. Complete fluency in English and Hindi is a must 5. Location: Delhi 6.
