Role Overview:

Zolo, India's fastest growing and largest player in the co-living spaces sector is looking for an Associate Director, Growth Marketing who would be completely responsible to drive - Revenue Planning & Management, Pricing & Promotions, Customer Growth - Acquisition & Retention and Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Zolo. We are looking at a new age Marketer who hails from a very aggressively growing B2C internet e-commerce company and would be excited about the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy that builds value proposition and usage of Zolo among millions of consumers in the nation

With an aim to provide a completely hassle-free long term living experience to working professionals as well as students, our living spaces offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities. Our biggest USP for a resident comes from a vibrant resident community, omni channel platform, top-notch services such as hygienic and healthy food, furnished rooms, daily housekeeping, seamless internet facilities, hi-tech security and much more - all enabled by technology.

About the Role / Responsibilities:

- Acquisitions & Traffic Growth Bringing CAC down with a steady focus on quality user growth & retention

- Growth Hacking SEM, Affiliates, Display, Push Notifications, Mailers, In-app & web properties, Social Media and more

- Build and lead growth marketing team: recruitment, management, org structure and more

- Driving user growth via strategic partnerships and alliances to offer Value Added Services to Residents

- Campaign Management Executing campaigns to drive GMV, Traffic and user acquisitions

- Analytics - Optimising Views, Clicks & Conversion funnels using Omniture, Google Analytics & CleverTap

Desired Experience / Background:

- MBA from a premier institute only

- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs.

- Previous work experience 5+ years handling growth, marketing, brand, revenue. Experience at a fast-moving internet e-commerce B2C company would be strongly preferred

- Complete and in-depth understanding of Online - Organic, Inorganic and Offline Marketing

Desired competencies:

- Have a deep understanding of frameworks for building demand modeling, multi-touch attribution, and analytics

- Love data. Focus intensely on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, Insights. Then use the dashboards, reporting, and insights to drive actionable decisions to grow the business.

- Customer focus: Highly customer-obsessed thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations
