We, at Zolo,are looking for Assistant Sales Manager in Chennai who can sell day as night and night as day. The primary role would be to do both B2B and B2C sales. The role would include meeting potential customers at the property, corporates for volume bookings, converting leads its residents for our properties, analyzing sales funnels and closing the monthly targets. This is an aggressive sales role and the person would be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for Zolo Chennai properties. There is no night shift in the role. What is the Role? - Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - Identify the right B2B and B2C channels for closing the monthly sales targets. - Lead Generation, customer acquisition and conversion: Engage in hyperlocal activities in and around the properties as well as tap into relevant corporate leads to generate leads, follow up with customers and ensure the leads are closed - Data Recording and Analysis: Maintain customer data, analyse the sales funnel and come up with insights to increase conversions on a month on month basis What are we looking for? - Prior Experience (2-4 years) in Field Sales & Business Development will be given strong preference; Experience in FMCG Sales would be given preference. - Excellent Tamil & English communication - Proficiency in MS Office - Having a two-wheeler and a valid license is a must - Immediate joiners will be preferred Location: Chennai
