HRBP/Senior HRBP - E-commerce/FMCG/Retail - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Looking for the candidates having experience into HRBP, employee engagement, employee management.

- Responsible for the entire life cycle of the HR Management which includes: Leadership development, succession planning, focused employee engagement, career planning, employee development & retention, organizational change management, internal communications, performance & compensation management, bench engagement & management, grievance handling and analyzing of business issues and developing strategies

- As a strategic Business Partner created, designed and implemented several policy changes to suit various locations, employee groups etc.

- Involved in conceptualization of initiatives through business partnering and implementation of it across business & also interface with Group HR team on key people process roll outs.

- Assigned responsibility of end to end HR related activities like competency development, Career development, performance management, Attrition Management system, Sales Productivity, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Talent Review planning, Rewards & Recognition, Senior Leadership Engagement and other central initiatives.

- Have played a key role in the recent organizational integration and formalizing the leadership structure for the division. Was responsible for employee engagement Activities such as one-on-one meetings with top performers aimed at career counseling, SKIP level meetings for managers, quarterly rewards and recognition programs for the accounts.

- Was responsible in facilitating senior leadership connects through various forums like Open Houses, All Hands Meet and Round Table meetings. Responsible for employee connect through mailers such as Festival mailers, Know Your Leader mailers, Online Quiz.
