Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. Responsibilities include,

- Spearheading people strategy in alignment with business strategy by working closely with the founders

- Setting up the HR organisation that will take care of recruitment, Employee engagement, Performance Management and compliance

- Build Employer branding to attract great talent and control churn I

- Introduce tech in managing HRMS processes seamlessly and in a transparent manner

- Responsible for handling all HR operations

- Working on Tech and Non Tech Role
