Reporting directly to the Director - Marketing Operations, this individual will be responsible to support the Marketing leaders in reporting and analysing data and developing Business strategy.  Operation  - Handling day-to-day operations tasks in the most optimal and efficient manner  - Performing an in-depth audit for the finalized (by Acquisitions team) properties  - Creating the property file & carrying out the on-boarding process  - Training and orienting the hotel staff in accordance with our premium service standards  - Ensuring that the Zo Class is maintained across all elements  Acquisition  - Hunt down the prospective properties by being on-field and researching about the opportune areas  - Perform a 360 degree analysis w.r.t the location, ease of access, build-quality, apt space and availability of Zo Class amenities  - Negotiate with the hotel guys to enter into an agreement   - Finalize the property. Finalize the commercial terms.   - Close the deal.
