Zluri - Senior Product Manager

About the opportunity :

We at Zluri are looking for Product Managers/Senior Product Managers to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in solving complex business problems with technology & innovation.

Product Managers will work closely with Founders, Engineers and Cross-functional leaders at Zluri to take the product from MVP to market with a high focus on user joy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and justification

- Work closely with design & development team to deliver product features on time

- Continuously test and improve features so as to deliver the optimum user experience

- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify key user insights and develop strategies for user adoption and engagement.

- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver growth outcomes.

- Partner with Marketing and Sales on articulating value propositions for users of SMP, align on growth strategies and product positioning.

- Keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry, market intelligence & competition tracking.

Preferred qualifications:

- 3-5 years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products

- Experience is managing a SaaS product is a plus.

- High bias for action with a demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies.

- Experience with large & complex datasets, Data Analysis & SQL

- Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed

- Understanding of different cultures/comfort working with global teams, and the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.

- Knowledge of SaaS products and digital trends, landscape, and user needs across various industry segments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, data analytics, and project/stakeholder management skills.
